This class tends to focus on building into more challenging asana and ‘peak’ poses. U will build strength and body awareness by exploring more complex transitions, moving faster with the breath; and being introduced to inversions and arm balances.
This class is catered to Intermediate-Advanced practitioners.

Hot melt contains 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, based on the Bishnu Ghosh tradition. This challenging hot class is performed in a heated room to improve circulation, help flexibility and prevent injuries. It also will help to recover from injuries. This series is scientifically designed to move oxygenated blood to 100% of the body, to each organ and fibre.

-Hot melt silent 90 minutes (we recommend that you join a 60 or a 90 minutes class before you join a silent class)

When u want to dive deeper into the world of breathing, u can book an individual session.
A breathing session consists of a coaching conversation, active guided breathing and the relaxation phase immediately afterwards.
U can unlock the energies within the body, u will breathe urself out of the mind into a relaxed body. U can breathe urself free!
An individual session will take 90 minutes - 120 minutes.

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style in which poses are held for five minutes or longer. Even though it is passive, Yin Yoga can be quite challenging due to the long holds, particularly if your body is not used to it. The purpose is to apply moderate stress to the connective tissue - the tendons, fascia and ligaments - with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.

The basic idea of breathwork is to release toxins and stress when u breathe out and nourish ur mind and body when u breathe in. Breathwork helps to calm ur stress and brings balance to ur body.

Immersing yourself in cold water has some distinct health benefits:
It improves your circulation, deepen your sleep, spike your energy levels, and reduce inflammation in your body.
After a guided Breathwork session u will step into the ice cold water of 4C without hesitation. U will train urself to stay from 1 minute to a couple of minutes under water.

Aromatherapy uses aromatic essential oils medicinally to improve the health of the body, mind, and spirit. It enhances both physical and emotional health.
Deep opening and gentle movement is what can be expected from this class.Postures are typically seated or lying down. Yin style classes can mean postures are held for 3-5 minutes at a time. These slow paced classes allow space for cultivating awareness.
This class brings together the healing properties of essentials oils and yoga. Bringing u into a state of awakened bliss on a Sunday afternoon.

Hot strong hatha is a warm and strong yoga class that emphasize static postures compared to styles with more movement or flow. Expect a strong and challenging slower-paced class with some basic breathing exercises (pranayama) and perhaps a seated meditation at the end.

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Pilates moves tend to target the core, although the exercises work other areas of your body as well. You can do Pilates with or without equipment, but no matter what, expect the moves to involve slow, precise movements and breath control. Pilates is a full-body exercise method that will help u do everything better, it strengthens and stabilizes ur core body, which is ur foundation, so that u can move efficiently while improving ur posture, flexibility, and mobility.
