Ayelet Harpaz first participated in a yoga class at the age of 17 and was immediately fascinated by the perfect way in which yoga connects body and soul. She has practiced many yoga styles (including Vinyasa, Hatha, Jivamukti, Iyengar and Yoga Nidra) and is a certified teacher in Yin Yoga and Chakra meditation, AcuYin and MyoYin, as well as in Vinyasa Yoga.
She has practiced Stott Pilates for many years, andattended lessons and trainings in Alexander Technique, Caesar Technique, Anatomy Trains and more.
She is passionate about Yin Yoga and the many physical, energetic and mental benefits this practice offers.
She is presently studying for a degree and Chinese medicine and acupuncture.
