I teach dynamic and challenging yoga classes where alignment and feeling in the body matter more than how a pose looks. My goal is to help students build confidence in their practice while staying kind to themselves—because yoga (and movement in general) should feel just good.

With a background in dance and movement, I love exploring how different techniques complement each other. Yoga is one of the tools I use to help people connect more deeply to their bodies—and ultimately, to themselves. I practice, experiment, and keep learning, always balancing technical precision with the mental clarity and joy that movement brings.

I aim to create a space where you can challenge yourself, explore and move in a way that feels both strong and intuitive.
